Do all of your products contain nut traces?

Yes all of our products are manufactured and packaged in an environment that processes nuts. Therfore all of our products may contain traces of nuts.

 
What if I`ve forgoten my password?

Click on "My Account" at the top of the page then select the "forgoten password" option. Next you will be asked to enter your email address. We will then send you an email to the address you registered with that enables you to reset your password. If no email arrives check your junk mail and spam filters.

 
I can not log in?

Please use the email address you originally registered with. Remember your password is case sensitive.

 
How do I create an account?

If you look to the top left hand column of the website you will see "Create an Account" click on this and it will take you to the "My Account" page then enter your details. You can also use the "My Account" button at the top of the page.

 
How do I change my password?

Login to your account as normal and you will see an options list just click on "Change Password" and follow the guide.

 
How will I know how much I will be charged for shipping?

Shipping charges will be displayed once you have entered your shipping details.

 
Is it possible to buy a gift for someone?

Yes you can send someone a gift by entering their name and address as the Delivery Address and your own as the Billing Address.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes we deliver to most countries overseas. After receiving an overseas order we will email you with the shipping costs and only when we receive comformation from you that you are happy with the delivery costs will we process you order.
Please note,
Cotswold Sweet Company are not responsible should any local customs authorities confiscate any products or charge any import duty.

You have several ways to pay for your orders.

If you are paying by cheque please be aware that dispatch times will be longer as we are unable to send your items untill  your cheque has cleared.

 
Are all of your products in stock?

We only produce small batches keeping everything fresher, therefore some products may be temporarily out of stock. If your order is out of stock we will notify you with a guide date for when the item will be back in stock or advise you of an alternative item. We make confectionery daily and most products will be in stock within two weeks. Sometimes items may no longer be available.

 
Can I specify a delivery date?

Yes you can specify a delivery date please contact us with your request.

When will my order be delivered?

We will send you an email confirming your order has been dispatched. From then please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. If you miss your delivery please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier.

 
Can I amend or cancel my order?

This may be possible by contacting us. Please see the "Contact Us" page of the website.

 
How can I return an item?

We do our very best to make sure you are happy with our products but if you are not completely satisfied with a product returns/refunds will be administrated by contacting us using our "Contact Us" section of the website.

 
I have not received my order.

When we receive your order we will send you a confirmation email. Please check you have received your confirmation email which states all items were ordered.

 
Why has my card not been excepted?

You may have entered a incorrect billing address for the payment card. The billing address must exactly match the registered address of the card you are using. Check all the card details are correct including the 3 digit security code found on the back of the card.
